The cooler is working just fine. The plug must be rotated until contact is made. I stayed the two weeks with it connected and running and there was no issue. This means that you can probably dismiss any wiring issues and focus just on the cigarette lighter socket.
I unfortunately stepped on the hinge and it broke. I was going to fix it, but noticed that you had already glued it many times before. So I left it as is for you to decide how to approach it.
The plotter is not staying on. As I mentioned on messages, it does turn on but then gradually dims and turns off. Thiis seems to me to be related to power as the charts load fine and the screen just dims.
The speed indicator is always showing 0 knots. Could not troubleshoot what was causing the issue. The wind meter is working correctcly, though.
The water hose into the galley sink came loose. I have tightened back up and had no issues. Just reportiing so that you know.
There is a small leak in the head hand pump. It works fine and does not leak much. But might be worth checking out before a failure. The leak occurs when pumping in water into the head.
The foot pump in the head is not working. I didn't try to use it much, since I solely used the sink in the galley. So I might be mistaken about the pump.
There is a leak in the forward hatch. Not sure if it is related to the cracked wood. But I would suggest taking a closer look to avoid wood damage. I worked around it by hanging a towel across the hatch.
The radio turns off from time to time. I suppose that it is related to the contact on the back, causing it to momentarily lose power and reset.
Up until now, I was just reporting things that I found, and that I thought that you should know. Now, this one really sinks my heart to report. As a friend was bringing up the main halyard, he got a batton caught in the lazy jacks. He kept pulling (he is used to small sailboats and dingies and was expecting friction). He ended up tearing a rip on the top of the leech. I have patched it with sail tape.
Please let me know how you want to fix this and how I can help.
